  1.    If you desire a feeling for where this program fits into
  2. the general scheme of things please read ALP_INTR.TXT.   It
  3. was included on the ALPS Software Disks.
  4.    This program can be used to develop Operation Process
  5. Charts.   The definition of an Operation Process Chart is:
  6. *" a graphic, symbolic representation of the act of producing
  7. a product or providing a service, showing operations and
  8. inspections performed or to be performed with their
  9. sequential relationships and materials used.   Operation and
  10. inspection time required and location may be included."
  11.    This program can not only be applied to work measurement
  12. studies, but also to any study, where a picture of a work
  13. process is required to aid a speedy understanding of that
  14. process.   An example would be where this program or the Flow
  15. Process Chart program were used in a facility management
  16. study.   To view sample files select DEMO as the project.
